سنتوں پر چلوں اور چلانے لگوں
May I follow Sunnah and call others to follow as well.
تیری جانب جہاں کو بلانے لگوں
Let me call the whole world towards YOU.
کر کے توبہ گناہوں سے میرے خدا
O, my God, after repenting of my sins;
خوابِ غفلت سے سب کو جگانے لگوں
Let me start waking everyone from their ignorance.
بھول کر دارِ فانی کی لذّت سبھی
After forgetting the pleasures of this transitory life.
یاد عقبی کی سب کو دلانے لگوں
Let me remind everyone of the afterlife.
غور سے دیکھنے کے بجاۓ میں اب
Now instead of staring at;
غیر محرم سے نظریں ہٹانے لگوں
I began to shield my eyes from the non-mahram.
سیاسی نعروں سے خود کو بچاتے ہوۓ
While avoiding political slogans;
نعرہِ دین جگ میں لگانے لگوں
May I start using the slogan of religion in the world.
دعوتِ حق کو لے کر جہاں میں پھروں
Let me travel the world with the call of the truth.
تیری چاہت میں خود کو تھکانے لگوں
May my love for you leave me tired.
توڑ کر باطلوں سے تعلق میں اب
Now I shall break the relations with the people of falsehood.
اہلِ حق سے تعلق بنانے لگوں
May I begin to form a relationships with the people of the truth.
بنتِ اسلم کی تجھ سے یہ فریاد ہے
This is the request from the daughter of Aslam to you.
آخرت کو میں اپنی سجانے لگوں
May I start working on making my hereafter beautiful.
