دیکھ کر غزہ کی حالت، عید کر سکتا نہیں
Looking at the condition of Gaza, I can’t celebrate,
جشن کرنے کا ابھی میں حوصلہ رکھتا نہیں
I don’t have the spirit to rejoice anymore.
ہر طرف بچوں کے لاشے اور بریدہ جسم ہیں
Everywhere there are children’s corpses and torn bodies,
ظلم کے فن سے تراشیدہ ، کشیدہ جسم ہیں
Carved by the art of oppression, they are wounded bodies.
دیکھ کر یہ سب ، خوشی کا حوصلہ پڑتا نہیں
Seeing all this, the enthusiasm for happiness fades away.
آؤ لے جاؤں مقدس سرزمینوں پر تمہیں
Let me take you to the sacred lands,
کیا نظر آیا سلامت کوئی بھی اک گھر تمہیں
Has anyone safe been seen in any house?
تم نے پوچھا ہے میں اتنے دن سے کیوں ہنستا نہیں
You ask why I haven’t laughed in so many days.
ہوگئے شعبِ ابی طالب کے منظر رونما
The scenes of the Shabi Abi Talib have emerged,
بھوک کی شدت سے دیکھو گھاس انھوں نے کھالیا
See how they’ve consumed grass out of hunger’s severity,
موسموں کی شدتوں میں سر پہ بھی سایا نہیں
Even the shade isn’t enough amid the intensities of seasons.
کوئی زنگی ، کوئی ایوبی ، یا کوئی بیبرس
Someone’s Zangi, someone’s Ayubi, or someone’s Bibars,
میں پکارے جارہا ہوں اور بجاتا ہوں جرس
I’m calling out and ringing the bell,
اک بھی غیرت مند حاکم کیا کوئی زندہ نہیں
Is there not even one ruler with a sense of honor?
کونپلیں پھوٹیں گی غیرت اور حمیت کی ضرور
Flags will flutter, the need for honor and zeal,
باطل کان زھوقا کا زمانہ کب ہے دور!
When will the era of the demise of falsehood arrive!
خونِ مظلومین مصعب اتنا بھی سستا نہیں
The blood of the oppressed ‘Musab’ is not so cheap.
