فضائیں ایسی پاؤں گا،
I will experience such breezes
حرم میں کھو ہی جاؤں گا
that I will lose myself in the Haram
لپٹ کر تیرے کعبہ سے،
I will wrap myself around the Ka’bah
سکونِ دل کو پاؤں کا
and feel peace in my heart
نگاہیں تیری رحمت پہ، تعجب کر کے قسمت پہ
My sights upon Your mercy, amazement at my fate
تیری چوکھٹ پہ سر رکھ کر، میں یوں آنسو بہاؤں گا
My head upon Your doorstep, I will shed streams of tears
وزن رکھے گناہوں کا، تڑپتے دل کو میں تھامے
Weighed upon by my sins, grasping at my restless heart
امیدیں رکھ کے رحمت کی، میں تیرے گھر کو آؤں گا
Hoping for Your mercy, I will come to Your house
جھکا کر میں نگاہوں کو، تیری رحمت کے سائے میں
With bent gaze, in the shade of Your mercy
طواف کعبہ یوں کرتے، عجب لمحے میں پاؤں گا
Circumambulating the Ka’bah, I will find unseen moments
زبان سے ذکر کو کرتے، دعائیں دل میں لے کر میں
Reciting Your name, with prayers i nmy heart
لبوں سے حجرِ اسود کو، عقیدت سے لگاؤں گا
With great reverence, I will place my lips upon the Black Stone
صفا مروہ سعی کر کے، مکمّل ہر رکن کر کے
Walking between Safa and Marwa, and completing every ritual
میں ہر ایک سنّتِ نبویؐ کو سینے سے لگاؤں گا
I will embrace closely every Sunnah of the Prophet (PBUH)
سنو حمّاد تم بھی یہ، کہ ایسا ہو ہی جائے گا
You listen too, Hammad, that this might just happen
وہ دن بھی آہی جائے گا کہ میں بھی حج کو جاؤں گا
That day too shall come when I will make the Hajj
