صدا میں ہوں عطا تو ہے مرض میں ہوں دوا تو ہے
طلب تجھ سے میں کرتا ہوں حقیقت میں سخا تو ہے
بہت سے شاہ دیکھیں ہیں مگر تجھ سا نہیں دیکھا
میرے مولیٰ میرے خالق تیرا جیسا نہیں دیکھا
گواہ ارض و سماں اس پر جہاں کہ بادشاہ تو ہے
میں شاکر ہوں تو صابر ہے تو حاضر ہے تو ناظر ہے
جہاں کہ رنگ و رونق سے میرے آقا تو ظاہر ہے
جہالت کے اندھیروں میں کلامِ حق صدا تو ہے
کہاں بھٹکے کہاں روئیں تیرے در سے کہاں جائیں
غنی تجھ سا نہیں کوئی کہ ہم عاصی وہاں جائیں
گنہگاروں کی سنتا ہیں ہمارا آسرا تو ہے
تلاوت تیری کرتے ہیں عبادت تیری کرتے ہیں
ہمیں دنیا سے کیا لینا اطاعت تیری کرتے ہیں
یہ دنیا بے وفا دنیا کہ عالم کی بقا تو ہے
الٰہی بخش دینا تو ہمارے سب گناہوں کو
نہیں چھوڑیں گے دنیا میں کبھی ہم حق کی راہوں کو
تیرے در پہ کھڑے ہیں ہم کہ غالب کی دعا تو ہے
English Lyrics:
I’m the asker and YOU are the granter, I’m the disease YOU are the cure.
I do ask for my need to YOU, YOU the Generous in reality
Saw many of the Kings but, never seen one like YOU.
My Lord, My Creator, Didn’t saw anyone like YOU.
The Skies and the earth are witness on this, that you are the KING.
I’m the Thank giver YOU are the viewer, The Present, The patient.
YOU are obvious from the colors and lights of the world my Lord.
In the darks of illiteracy YOU are the slogan of righteous.
Where do we sit, where do we cry, where would we go other than YOUR place.
No one is the rich like YOU, where do we Assyrians go.
YOU are the listener of sinners, YOU are our only hope.
We do recitation for YOU, we worship for YOU.
What do we have to take from the world, we are obedient to YOU.
This world is not loyal, YOU are the survival of the Universe.
Please forgive all our sins O Lord.
We’ll never leave the way of righteous in the world.
We are standing at YOUR door, because YOU are the pray of Ghalib.
