پھولوں کی مہکار غنیؓ

The fragrance of flowers, Ghani (RA)

قدرت کا شاہکار غنیؓ

تیری خاطر آقاؐ نے

For you did the Master (PBUH)

کی بیعتِ رضوان غنیؓ

The Pledge of Ridwan, Ghani (RA)

رشکِ ملاءک فخرِ اُمم

The envy of the angels, the pride of the community

ایسا اک انسان غنیؓ

Such a man was Ghani (RA)

بحرِ سخا ارفع اعلیٰ

An ocean of generosity, Of the highest status

رتبہ عالیشان غنیؓ

A glorious position, Ghani (RA)

رب کے دین پہ کر چھوڑا

He left home for the faith

تن من دھن قربان غنیؓ

Ghani (RA) sacrificed his wealth and energy

آپؓ رفیقی فی الجنّۃ

The Prophet’s (PBUH) friend in paradise

مدنیؐ کا فرمان غنیؓ

So is the Prophet’s (PBUH) order, Ghani (RA)

بن کے نبیؐ کے گھر آیا

He came twice to the home of the Prophet (PBUH)

تو دولہا دو بار غنیؓ

As a groom of the Prophet’s daughters

رب کے دین پہ لٹوایا

He lost everything for the faith

مال و زر قربان غنیؓ

Sacrificed wealth and fortune, did Ghani (RA)

سُسَر نبیؐ صدیقؓ و عمرؓ

Whose father-in-law was the Prophet (PBUH), son-in-law of Siddique (RA) and Umar (RA)

دامادِ سرکارؐ غنیؓ

He, the son-in-law of the Prophet (PBUH)

شادی علیؓ کی خرچ تیرا

Bore the expenses of the marriage of Ali (RA)

واہ تیرا ایثار غنیؓ

Such kindness, such regard!

دوزخ میں کیونکر جاءے

Why should hell be the destination

تیرا پیروکار غنیؓ

Of one who follows Ghani (RA)

بغض رکھے جو بھی تجھ سے

Whosoever bears malice towards you

ہے وہ بڑا نادان غنیؓ

He is truly ignorant, Ghani (RA)

تیرا عدو دشمن تیرا

Your enemy, your foe

ہے بیشک فی النار غنیؓ

Shall surely be in fire, Ghani (RA)

زینی تیرا دیوانہ

Zaini is your lover

تیرا نغمہ خوان غنیؓ

Singer of your praises, Ghani (RA)

تیرے دشمن کو زینی

Zaini will stone to death

کر دیں گے سنگسار غنیؓ

Your enemies, Ghani (RA)
