Ramzan, our faith
نیکیوں کا یہ ہے موسم ، دوستو رمضان ہے
It is the season of good deeds, it is Ramzan, my friends
جمع کرلو تم غنیمت ، سامنے میدان ہے
Gather the bounties, the entire field lies open
ایک نیکی پر ملے گا کئی گنا بڑھ کر ثواب
There’s several times the blessing for a single good deed
اور پھر نیکی کمانا بھی بہت آسان ہے
And it is so simple to do good deeds
اس میں امت کو ملا ہے بیش قیمت اک تحفہ
In this the Ummah has received a priceless gift
یہ مہِ قرآن یعنی تحفہء یزدان ہے
It is the month of the Quran, the gift of Yazdan
نفس کو قابو میں کر کے بےجھجک نیکی کریں
Control the self and do good deeds freely
بند جو پیچھے سلاخوں کے ہوا شیطان ہے
For now the devil has been put behind bars
اس میں پابندی تہجد کی ، صلاۃ و صوم کی
It is the month to make a habit of praying tahajjud, of Salah, and of fasting
لمحہ لمحہ بڑھ رہا تیزی سے اب ایمان ہے
Every moment your faith will go higher
مفلسوں ، مجبوروں اور بےآسروں کی یاوری
It’s the time to care for the destitute, unfortunate, and helpless
خوب کرتے جائیے ، جنت کا یہ سامان ہے
Keep helping them, for it’s the way to heaven
اور اے شاہین ! یہ احسانِ ربی ہے بڑا
And O Shaheen! It is a great mercy of Allah
اس مقدس ماہ میں پایا یہ پاکستان ہے
That we got this Pakistan in the month of Ramzan
