یا علیمُ یا سمیعُ یا بصیر

نام تیرا میرے دل کی ہے دوا
Your name is the ointment for my heart
ذکر تیرا روح کی میری شفا
Your remembrance is the healer of my soul
یہ زمین و آسماں، شمس و قمر
This earth and sky, the sun and moon
دیتے ہیں سب ذات کی تیری خبر
They all point to your presence
تو ہی مالک تو ہی رب العالمیں
You are the Master, the Lord of the Universe
تیرے در پر جھکتی ہے سب کی جبین
Everyone bows their heads at your doorstep
شان تیری کون سمجھے گا بھلا
Who can truly understand Your greatness
ابتدا تو ہی ہے تو ہی انتہا
You are the beginning and the end
تو ہی ہے مقصور تو ہی مدعا
You are the goal, You are the desire
جان و دل کرتا ہوں میں تجھ پر فدا
I would sacrifice my life and heart for You
کید سے شیطان کے یارب چھڑا
Free me from the confines of the devil, O Lord
اور شرورِنفس سے مجھ کو بچا
And save me from the temptations of the self
یا الٰہی مجھ کو اب اپنا بنا
O Almighty! Make me yours
