Do not meet with the non-Mahram, O daughter
اس پہ چاہت کی عنایات نہ کرنا بیٹی
Do not bestow affection on him, O daughter
جس کو سلطان مدینہ نے غیر بتلایا
The one whom the Sultan of Medina deemed an outsider
اس سے دل کی کوئی بھی بات نہ کرنا بیٹی
Do not share matters of the heart with him, O daughter
رب کے قانون کو توڑوگی تو دکھ دیکھوگی
You will see pain if you break the rule of the Lord
زندگی مقصد شہوات نہ کرنا بیٹی
Don’t make lust the goal of life, O daughter
بندیء نفس نہیں بندیء رحمٰن ہے تو
You are a slave of the Merciful, not a slave of your self
خود کو پابند خیالات نہ کرنا بیٹی
Do not bind yourself to your thoughts, O daughter
فتنہء عشق مجازی کے بھنور میں خود کو
In the stormy mischief of earthly love
مستحق دائمی آفات نہ کرنا بیٹی
Do not make yourself liable for eternal misfortune
دل میں بس خالق دل کا ہی تصور آئے
Let your heart be filled with thoughts of the Creator of your heart
دل کو گرویدہء لذات نہ کرنا بیٹی
Do not make your heart enamored with pleasure, O daughter
ولاتبرجن کہہ کے مخاطب ہے خدا
“And do not display yourself” so the Lord addresses you
نظرانداز یہ آیات نہ کرنا بیٹی
Do not ignore this verse, O daughter
تیری نسبت ہے نبی سے تو حیا کی پیکر
Your relation is with the Prophet (PBUH), you are the embodiment of modesty
سوچ کو زیر خرافات نہ کرنا بیٹی
Do not subdue your thinking under obscenity, O daughter
