میرے وطن!
My country!
پیارے وطن!
My dear country!
خدایا وطن پاک کی کر حفاظت
Protect my dear country, o lord
جو تونے عطا کی تھی ہم کو یہ نعمت!
Which you had endowed upon us as a blessing
کہ یہ کیسی دلدل میں ڈوبی ہے امّت
This Ummah is sinking in quicksand
عطا کر ہمیں پہلے جیسی اُخوّت
Bless us with the brotherhood of yore
مسلمان اب یوں اُلجھنے لگے ہیں
Muslims have become so stressed now
جو ہم سے چھنی ہے یہ ایماں کی دولت
As they have lost the prized wealth of faith
وہ میدانِ جنگ میں پلٹ کر جھپٹنا
The ability to rise again and strike in battle
ذرا خود بتاؤ کہاں ہے وہ قوّت
Where has that strength disappeared?
نبیؐ کے طریقوں سے منہ پھیرا ہم نے
We turned away from the ways of the Prophet (PBUH)
کہاں چل پڑی ہے ہماری ذہانت
Which way has our sense gone?
مسلمان سارے پریشان ہیں کیوں
Why are all the Muslims so distressed
جو چھوڑی ہے ہم نے خدا کی عبادت
Since we have left praying to the lord?
محمدؐ کی سنّت کو بھی چھوڑا ہم نے
We also left the Sunnah of the Prophet (Pbuh)
بتاؤ! کہاں سے ملے اب وہ راحت
So tell! How will we experience relief
اگر چاہوکونین میں کامیابی
If you desire success in both the worlds
تو لازم کرو مصطفیؐ کی اطاعت
Then you must follow the way of Mustafa (PBUH)
