گناہوں کے بھنور میں اے خدا ڈوبا ہوا ہوں میں
O God, I am drowning in the whirlpool of sins.
مُجھے منزِل دکھا اپنی یہاں بے آسرا ہوں میں
Show me Your path, for I am lost and without support.
میں تیری یاد سے غافل جگِ فانی کی الفت میں
I was heedless of Your remembrance, lost in the love of this mortal world.
گناہ کرتا رہا کھویا ہوا دنیا کی رنگت میں
I kept sinning, enchanted by the colors of this world.
تِری رحمت کا طالب ہوں تُو ہے مشکل کشا مولا
I seek Your mercy — You alone are the remover of hardships, O Lord.
مرے مولا ترے در پر ہی شرمندہ کھڑا ہوں میں
My Lord, I stand ashamed at Your doorstep.
میں عاصی ہوں مرے مولا گناہوں پر میں نازاں تھا
I am a sinner, O Lord — once, I even took pride in my sins.
تیری رحمت کا دامن چھوڑ کر میں کتنا ناداں تھا
How foolish I was to let go of the shelter of Your mercy.
محمدؐ کے صحابہؓ سا بنا مجھکو مِرے مولا
Make me like the companions of Muhammad (PBUH), O my Lord.
مجھے اپنا لے اے مولا ہوا تجھ سے جدا ہوں میں
Accept me as Yours, for I have drifted away from You.
میرے دل میں بسا دے اے خدا قرآن کی الفت
O God, instill in my heart the love for the Qur’an.
ہو شیوہ ہرگھڑی میرا نبی ءِ پاک کی سنت
Let the way of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) be my constant practice.
لبوں پر نام ہو تیرا ، لکھوں حمد و ثنا تیری
May Your name stay on my lips, may I write Your praise and glory.
تیرا ناچیز بندہ ہوں ترے در کا گدا ہوں میں
I am Your insignificant servant, a beggar at Your door.
میرے دل میں گناہوں کا بسیرا ہی بسیرا ہے
My heart is completely inhabited by sins.
نہیں چین و سکوں دل میں اندھیرا ہی اندھیرا ہے
There is no peace in my heart, only layers of darkness.
تِرے رستے سے بھٹکا ہوں شریعت پر چلا مولا
I have strayed from Your path — guide me back to the way of Shariah, O Lord.
اگرچہ ہوں میں عاصی پر غلامِ مصطفیٰﷺ ہوں میں
Though I am a sinner, I am still a servant of Mustafa (PBUH).
نبیؐ کے واسطے مولا مُجھے بخشش عطا کرنا
For the sake of the Prophet (PBUH), O Lord, grant me forgiveness.
میں غافل ہوں خطا سے بچنے کی کوشش عطا کرنا
I am heedless — bless me with the will to avoid sin.
مرے مولا نگاہوں کی خیانت میں لگا ہوں میں
O Lord, my eyes have been drawn to betrayal and sin.
سدا سجاد تیرے در دعاگو ہی کھڑا ہوں میں
Forever, Sajjad stands at Your door, praying and pleading.
